Ingredients
2 Tins of Chickpeas - 50p - £1
1 and a half Pickles - £1 for a Jar
6 tbsp of Pickle Juice
1 Stalk of Celery - £1
Half of an Onion - 30p
Paprika and Cumin
Salt
Half of a Lemon - 35p
How to prepare
- Pour the 2 tins of chickpeas into a bowl and mash
- Dice your pickles, onion and celery then add to the bowl
- Add 6 tbsp of Pickle juice from the pickle jar
- Add spices, salt and half a lemons juice then mix together
